Status Report
A delivery status view built around scenarios, issues, decisions, ownership, and readiness for daily adoption.
Reporting principle: Progress means more than a system being built. The report tracks whether the target workflow covers the work the team actually needs to do.
Delivery status
| Status area | Current project record |
|---|---|
| Overall | Target operating model, CRM views, migration approach, and handoff documentation delivered for public review. |
| Scenarios | 16 of 16 selected production scenarios rebuilt in the project record. |
| Adoption | The CRM was adopted for daily use by the 12-person team after rollout. |
| Open attention | Continue improving the system through clear ownership, feedback, and controlled changes. |
What was delivered
- Target data model for clients, brands, projects, deliverables, ownership, and status.
- Operational views and dashboards aligned to the work the team performs.
- Migration preparation, coexistence approach, and selected scenario validation.
- SOPs, known-issues register, decision records, and handoff notes.
Decisions requiring visibility
Keep coexistence
Do not force one irreversible cutover while important scenarios are still being validated.
Protect context
Do not simplify the model so aggressively that ownership and delivery history disappear.
Use team feedback
Role-specific validation is required before treating a view as ready.
Maintain ownership
Future changes need an owner and a documented decision path.
