Capacity view
| Role | Contribution | Planning assumption |
|---|---|---|
| Product | Discovery, priorities and acceptance | Part-time through pilot decision |
| Engineering | Engine assessment, control service and integration | Focused technical work during definition |
| Security | Rule safety, access, data and audit controls | Required at design and test gates |
| Design | Administrator journey and prototype | Concentrated during product definition |
| Operations / QA | Monitoring, recovery and evidence | Engaged before pilot readiness |
| PM | Plan, risks, decisions and sponsor package | Coordinates the full stage |
Cost boundary
Licensing, infrastructure, support and rule-maintenance costs are simulated planning assumptions. Production investment requires a separate sponsor decision after technical validation.
