Not a public service
These tools are not offered as a product or service to the public. There are no accounts, sign-ups, or public access points, and no one other than the operator relies on them running correctly.
No warranty
These tools are provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind, since they exist to serve their operator rather than any external user.
