This policy covers the personal software tools and automations that Eva Marquez builds and operates for her own use — job search automations, prospecting tools, and similar projects referenced on this site. These are single-operator tools, built by one person, for that same person — not a public product offered to other users.
What data these tools access
Where a tool connects to a third-party API — for example a Google Workspace service such as Gmail or Sheets — it does so under Eva's own account authorization, and only ever accesses Eva's own data. No tool covered by this policy is distributed to, or used by, anyone other than its operator.
How that data is used
Data is processed only to run the specific function of the tool in question — for example, organizing an inbox, or logging a job application to a private spreadsheet. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or model training.
Where data is stored
Any data these tools retain stays inside accounts and storage Eva already owns and controls directly — her own Google Sheets, her own database. There is no shared or public database behind any of them.
Revoking access
Any Google account connection can be removed at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
