BookEasy Pilot Review and Acceptance
BookEasy reviews the agreed pilot scenarios and records its acceptance before release.
Illustrative project record. AegisShield, BookEasy, the people, decisions and outcomes are fictional.
Pilot context
Date: March 20, 2026 (simulated). The fictional BookEasy representative reviewed the agreed scenarios in a non-production pilot environment using synthetic or approved masked events. Customer Success coordinated the review after the ISS-01 retest. This pilot is a limited validation before production, not a production deployment or rollout to other customers.
Customer review
| Scenario / requirement | Expected result | Observed evidence | Reviewed by |
|---|---|---|---|
| Receive BookEasy events / REQ-04 | Events appear in the dashboard and existing alert flow. | Agreed sample events appeared and produced the expected test alert. | BookEasy representative / QA |
| Retry after timeout / REQ-03 | Same event ID is retained and one event is processed. | Repeated event was suppressed rather than processed twice; logs retained. | BookEasy representative / QA |
| Existing detection and alert / REQ-04 | Existing behavior remains available for the agreed scenario. | Test event produced the expected existing alert. | BookEasy representative / Security |
| Data handling / REQ-07 | Approved test data and protected access are used. | Masked or synthetic data and access checks recorded. | Security / BookEasy representative |
Acceptance decision
Authorized BookEasy approver: BookEasy representative, Customer Success account owner. Decision: Accepted for the agreed pilot scope on March 20, 2026 (simulated). Conditions: production release still requires the CTO go/no-go, operational readiness, and the approved change window. No unresolved BookEasy-specific observation remains; the acceptance does not establish zero loss or production performance under all conditions.

Pilot: a limited validation before production; here, BookEasy validates selected scenarios in a non-production environment. Acceptance: the authorized customer confirms the agreed result is met.
